If defective mouthpieces have specific shapes and dimensions, for which there are no standard mouthpieces ,similar standard mouthpieces can be changed by editing so that they correspond to the original mouthpiece.

Step 1:
Selection of the mouthpiece blank and tenon...

Step 2:
rough preturning of the mouthpiece and drill for tenon...

Step 3:
blank fit...

Step 4:
The blank is adjusted to the shaft by grinding. The shaft is taped and not sanded...

Step 5:
The special shape of the defective mouthpiece is made by filing...

Step 6:
The last step before polishing is finely sanding...

Step 7:
mouth piece and bowl will be polished...

Step 8:
The brand logo will be engraved and designed with a white acrylic paste.

Step 9:
After curing the logo is sanded and polished. Subsequently, the final check will be made.
