Take your time to review our offer and please contact us for any questions.

To ship your pipes please call "order form" as a pdf file. The order form is also our  PRICE LIST . Print out this form ,fill in the details of your wishes and send it with  your pipe to repair.

Upon receipt of your pipe  we will send you a confirmation and an offer for the repairs. If it turns out during the  repair that other jobs have to be done, we will inform you and ask for your consent.

 Important! Please send  the old mouthpiece along with the pipe..

For communication and to send offer and invoice it is important that you send us in advance a message via the button "Contact repairs" with your address and your e-mail address. This way,  we can already answer your questions beforehand. An indication of the work to be performed is not absolutely necessary here.

You will receive an invoice via email after the completion of repairs.

 Shipping
Shipping is on the day after receipt of payment via DHL. You will receive a consignment number for tracking  by email from DHL.
On request we ship smaller consignments  outside Germany  by mail (tracking / insured up to 60,00 Euro).
