To ship your pipes please call \"order form\" as a pdf file. The order form is also our\u00a0 PRICE LIST . Print out this form ,fill in the details of your wishes and send it with\u00a0 your pipe to repair.<\/p>\n

Upon receipt of your pipe\u00a0 we will send you a confirmation and an offer for the repairs. If it turns out during the\u00a0 repair that other jobs have to be done, we will inform you and ask for your consent.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>Important! Please send\u00a0 the old mouthpiece along with the pipe..<\/p>\n

For communication and to send offer and invoice it is important that you send us in advance a message via the button \"Contact repairs\" with your address and your e-mail address. This way,\u00a0 we can already answer your questions beforehand. An indication of the work to be performed is not absolutely necessary here.<\/p>\n

You will receive an invoice via email after the completion of repairs.<\/p>\n

\nShipping is on the day after receipt of payment via DHL. You will receive a consignment number for tracking\u00a0 by email from DHL.
\nOn request we ship smaller consignments\u00a0 outside Germany\u00a0 by mail (tracking \/ insured up to 60,00 Euro).<\/p>\n
